My Story

Hi I'm Hannah and I started Next Steps Recruitment to help build Nurseries with the quality educators that children deserve. Childcare has been my passion for as long as I can remember which lead me to dedicate over 20 years to the industry. My journey began as a child, I absolutely loved looking after my younger family members and teaching them new things, this passion continued to grow and as soon as I could I volunteered every Saturday at a youth club for neurodivergent children along with children who were young carers. A Nursery was my very first full time job, I continued my journey within Early Years building on my professional development and working my way up to Nursery Manager. It was here where I realised that some agencies really didn't understand the attributes an individual needs to not only work within Early Years, but to thrive and have a positive impact on the children and team they work alongside. This is why we are here, Next Steps do all we can to build relationships with our clients to ensure the matches we make are the right ones.
